About the project
A custom web-based printing management system designed to digitize and streamline the tracking of printing operations, job assignments and production records.
The system addresses the challenges of managing large volumes of printing requests through manual records and disconnected workflows. It introduces a centralized platform for registering printed jobs, identifying donors, organizing work by category and monitoring the progress of assigned printing tasks.
A key aspect of the system is accurate production tracking: only physically printed papers are registered as completed printing work, ensuring that operational records and reports reflect actual production rather than simply received or scanned documents.
